利用規約・参加規約
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in courses and programs operated by Arcadia English & Art (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering a student for any course, the parent agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.
本利用規約・参加規約（以下「本規約」）は、Arcadia English & Art（以下「we」「us」「our」「私たち」）が運営するコースおよびプログラムへの参加条件を定めるものです。保護者（parent）が生徒（student）の参加申込みを行った時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
Payment and Refund Policy
支払いおよび返金について
Payment must be made within five (5) business days of the invoice being issued.
請求書発行後、5営業日以内に参加費をお支払いください。
All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
お支払い後の返金は、いかなる場合においても行いません。
Multi-course discounts apply only when multiple courses are enrolled in at the same time during the initial registration.
複数コース割引は、初回申込み時に複数のコースを同時に申し込んだ場合に限り適用されます。
If additional courses are added after the initial registration, the multi-course discount will not apply.
初回申込み後にコースを追加した場合、複数コース割引は適用されません。
Course date changes may be permitted only if space is available. Transfers or make-up classes are not guaranteed.
空き状況に応じて日程変更を認める場合がありますが、振替授業は保証されません。
Medical Information and Emergency Consent
医療情報および緊急時対応について
Parents must inform us in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, skin conditions, or other health-related concerns.
保護者は、生徒にアレルギー、持病、皮膚疾患、その他健康上の懸念がある場合、事前に私たちへ申告するものとします。
Students with serious medical conditions that may interfere with participation in the course may not be permitted to participate.
重篤な持病または健康状態により、コースへの参加に支障があると私たちが判断した場合、参加をお断りすることがあります。
Students with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, sore throat, or any symptoms of infectious illness must not attend the course.
37.5度以上の発熱、喉の痛み、その他感染症が疑われる症状がある場合、生徒はコースへ参加できません。
If a student becomes ill or injured during the course, we will contact the parent. The parent must arrange pick-up within one (1) hour.
生徒がコース中に体調不良または怪我をした場合、私たちは保護者へ連絡します。保護者は1時間以内にお迎えを手配してください。
We do not administer medication to students under any circumstances. All medication must be self-managed by the student.
私たちは、いかなる場合においても生徒への投薬を行いません。薬の管理はすべて生徒自身または保護者の責任とします。
If emergency medical attention appears necessary, we may contact emergency services, including ambulance services, regardless of whether we are able to contact the parent.
緊急対応が必要であると私たちが判断した場合、保護者へ連絡が取れるか否かにかかわらず、救急車等の緊急サービスへ連絡する場合があります。
Except for basic first aid, we do not provide medical treatment or transport students to hospitals.
応急処置を除き、私たちは医療行為を行わず、生徒を病院へ搬送することもありません。
Student Conduct and Removal Policy
生徒の行動および退室について
Students are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other students.
生徒は、スタッフおよび他の生徒に対して礼儀正しく行動するものとします。
If we determine that a student’s behavior disrupts the course, interferes with other students, creates safety concerns, or otherwise negatively impacts the learning environment, we may require the student to leave the course or suspend participation.
生徒の行動がコース進行を妨げる場合、他の生徒に悪影響を与える場合、安全上の問題がある場合、または学習環境に悪影響を与えると私たちが判断した場合、私たちは当該生徒に対して退室またはコース参加中止を求めることがあります。
The parent and student agree in advance to comply with such requests.
保護者および生徒は、かかる要請に従うことをあらかじめ承諾するものとします。
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
その場合においても返金は行いません。
If a student causes damage, injury, or loss to another student, staff member, property, or third party through intentional acts or negligence, the parent may be held responsible for such damages.
生徒が故意または過失により、他の生徒、スタッフ、施設、備品、または第三者へ損害・怪我・損失を与えた場合、保護者がその責任を負う場合があります。
Social Media, Photography, and Student Work Consent
ソーシャルメディア、写真および作品利用について
The parent agrees that we may photograph or record the student during the course for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes.
保護者は、私たちが教育、広報、宣伝、マーケティング目的のために、コース中の生徒の写真または動画を撮影・記録することに同意するものとします。
We may publish photographs, videos, and samples of the student’s artwork or other work on websites, social media platforms including Instagram, printed materials, and other promotional materials.
私たちは、生徒の写真、動画、制作物、作品等を、ウェブサイト、Instagram等のSNS、印刷物、その他広報媒体へ掲載する場合があります。
Published materials may be viewed by third parties.
公開された写真、動画、作品等は第三者が閲覧可能となります。
The parent agrees that photographs and student work may be reproduced in color or black and white and may be published multiple times.
保護者は、生徒の写真および作品がカラーまたは白黒で複製され、必要な回数掲載されることに同意するものとします。
We will use such materials only for educational and promotional purposes.
私たちは、これらの資料を教育および広報目的に限って使用します。
Although we will make reasonable efforts to protect the student’s identity, we cannot guarantee complete anonymity.
私たちは、生徒の身元保護のため合理的な努力を行いますが、完全な匿名性を保証するものではありません。
Consent to photography and publication is mandatory for participation in the course.
写真、動画、および作品掲載への同意は、コース参加条件の一部となります。
Personal Belongings
私物について
Students are responsible for their own belongings at all times.
生徒は、自身の私物を自己責任で管理するものとします。
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
私たちは、生徒の私物の紛失、盗難、破損等について一切責任を負いません。
Transportation and Pick-Up
送迎について
Parents are solely responsible for arranging transportation to and from the course.
コースへの送迎は、すべて保護者の責任で行うものとします。
We do not verify the identity or authority of individuals picking up students.
私たちは、生徒を迎えに来た者の身元確認または送迎権限の確認を行いません。
Students may leave the course premises independently if permitted by the parent.
保護者の許可がある場合、生徒は単独で帰宅することがあります。
Insurance and Limitation of Liability
保険および責任制限
Parents are responsible for arranging any insurance coverage they consider necessary.
必要な保険については、保護者自身の責任において加入してください。
Participation in the course may involve risks including minor injuries, accidents, or conflicts between students.
コースへの参加には、軽微な怪我、事故、生徒間トラブル等のリスクが伴う場合があります。
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, losses, damages, disputes between students, or other incidents arising from participation in the course, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by us.
適用法令により認められる範囲において、私たちは、故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、コース参加に関連して発生した怪我、事故、損失、生徒間トラブル、その他一切の損害について責任を負いません。
Governing Law
準拠法
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
本規約は、日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されるものとします。
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
本規約に関連して生じる紛争については、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
